Record turnover for Mermaid in 2008
Mermaid’s turnover came to DKK 61.7 million in 2008, and this was an improvement from DKK 31.7 million in 2007.

– The year was exactly as hectic as we expected - the market was uneven over the year with a weak start, stronger rise across the middle and a slowdown during the last months of the year. The acquisitions, integration, product development and new business organization put Mermaid under maximum pressure, but generally it can be concluded that the organization performed well under pressure. We feel confident that we will do equally well when facing the challenges of 2009, and our consolidation process is expected to accelerate throughout the year, explains Mermaid Technology in its financial statements.
